Interior Gate products are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.
After your payment has been successfully processed, the download link or access instructions will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is usually immediate but may take a few minutes.
If you do not receive the email, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder before contacting us.
Because access to the downloadable files is provided after purchase, all sales are final once the download link or digital files have been delivered.
Refunds are not available for change of mind, purchasing the wrong product, software incompatibility, or expecting features or services not included in the product description.
If you experience an access problem or receive a corrupted file, contact us at interiorgate@gmail.com. We will help restore access, resend the download link, or provide a working replacement.
Verified duplicate charges will be refunded. If we are unable to deliver your purchased product or provide a working replacement, we will review the order and offer an appropriate resolution.
